scott collier – founder & winemaker.someone has to be sure grapes get paid for, winemaking decisions get made in time and the words on the labels are spelled right.scott does this stuff although when it is a choice between wine quality and label spelling you can count on the wine being the priority.
david philo – winemaking associate. dave has wide-ranging experience making handcrafted wines (see him in action at Lynmar some time), so he makes sure ourwinemaking techniques will keep our grapes pointed toward the style of wine we are shooting for.from early morning vineyard runs to late night shifts on the sorting line, dave is up for it.
julie lin – wine specialist.as a hard-core foodie and top sommelier (she's the wine director at the las vegas Mandarin Oriental ), julie provides guidance on wine style and grape sources.julie is a real wine pro (with thecsw credentialsto prove it) and she makes sure we keep our sights set on only amazing wine.
kala philo – media mentor.she can usually be found with her video cam tucked under one arm and mac under the other, but kala does taketime off from video production to help rockroomwith marketing efforts (as well as the occasional punchdown).
